Programming Category Awards:

 

  • All components (entry form, episode on disk and payment in full) for Programming Category Award entries must be received by Friday, September 16, 2011 at 5 p.m. EST. Entries received after this closing deadline will not be eligible.
  • Programming Category Award entries must have aired somewhere in the world between September 1, 2010 and September 16, 2011 to be eligible.
  • Programming Category Award entries must have been originally created for television.
  • The company submitting an entry is responsible for notifying any co-production partners involved in the project.
  • In the event of a dispute by any of the partners in a co-production, the entry will be deemed ineligible.
  • In the case of co-productions, only the designee of the company that submitted the entry will be presented with the Award.
  • The entry fee is US$300 per entry.

 

Best Companion Website Awards:

 

  • All components (entry form and payment in full) for Best Companion Website Award entries must be received by Friday, September 16, 2011 at 5 p.m. EST. Entries received after this closing deadline will not be eligible.
  • Best Companion Website Award entries must have been available online sometime between September 1, 2010 and September 16, 2011 to be eligible.
  • Companies or individuals entering websites for which they do not hold copyright ownership must obtain consent from the rights owner.
  • The entry fee is US$300 per entry.

 

General Notes:

  1. Kidscreen reserves the right to re-categorize an entry whenever it is deemed appropriate, and also to not accept entries that are deemed unsuitable.
  2. All entrants will receive confirmation by email that their submission has been received. Companies whose entries are nominated will be contacted by email after the first round of judging is complete, followed by a press release announcement, coverage in the Kidscreen Daily newsletter and a feature in Kidscreen’s January 2011 print issue.
  3. If Kidscreen receives no response to repeated requests for additional information in support of an entry, it may be subject to withdrawal and the entry fee forfeited.
