ENTRY CHECKLIST

1. Complete an online entry form. At any time during the preparation of your entry, you may save and return to the online entry form to change or add new information, by visiting your entry dashboard. Your entry will have an "incomplete" status until it's completed. When you return to add more information to your entry, you must click "edit" to proceed.
2. Submit payment for each entry. The early-bird entry fee is US$400 until July 10, the standard entry fee is US$450 until July 31 and the late entry fee is US$500 after that date, and you will be prompted to pay this fee by Visa, MasterCard or AMEX as you complete the online entry form.
3. Upload a promotional image to represent the program. This image should be landscape/horizontally oriented and must not contain show titles, logos or other text elements.
4. Upload a full episode or program in support of your entry. Please use Google Chrome and the following Video Guidelines and Video Specs instructions as a guide.

VIDEO GUIDELINES

• All entries must be accompanied by one full episode (in the case of a series) or the program in its entirety (in the case of one-offs). Only ONE episode can be submitted by only one company to represent each entry.
• Episodes or programs submitted in support of entries that are originally produced in a language other than English must be dubbed or subtitled in English.
• All episodes or programs must be submitted without visible on-screen time code, company logos, promo reels/spots or commercials.
• All episodes or programs in support of programming category award entries must be submitted as they were broadcast, without the content of the program edited in any way.
• The video file submitted should be the same length as the episode length as it aired and as it was recorded on the entry form. (For an episode that aired as two 11-minute stories, the full 22-minute episode must be submitted.)

VIDEO SPECS

• File format: H.264 MPEG-4 video in .mp4 file format
• File size limit: Maximum 1GB
• Aspect ratio: 16:9 NTSC 
• Frame rate: Up to 30 frames per second (constant frame rate)
• Profile: Main Profile Level 3.1 - 4.1
• Audio: AAC-LC audio up to 160 Kbps, 48kHz, stereo audio

IMAGE GUIDELINES

• All entries must be accompanied by one promotional image.
• Image must be landscape/horizontally oriented.
• Must show talent/environment only (no logos).

IMAGE SPECS

• File format: JPG
• Minimum size: 500KB, 300dpi 
• Maximum file limit: 500MB
• Dimensions: 1920x1080

For all app-based entries in the Best Educational Experience and Best Game categories, you will be required to provide universal promo codes for the Apple App Store—or alternative instructions for universally accessing your app—so that our judges can properly assess your entry. We will be in touch just before each judging round opens to collect these codes or instructions from you.

5. Uploading a demo video to support your entry is mandatory for all categories. Please use Google Chrome, and the following Video Specs information as a guide:

Entries in the Best Podcast or Vodcast category may upload the podcast or vodcast as either an audio or video file. For video files, please see the VIDEO SPECS above. For audio files, please adhere to the following requirements:
