Eligibility
GENERAL NOTES
It is the entrant's responsibility to select the correct category and to ensure that their entry meets the eligibility requirements for that category — however Kidscreen reserves the right to move entries into categories that are more suitable, as required. Entries that are deemed ineligible in any category, and entries that are removed at the request of the entrant after payment has been made, will not be refunded.
All entrants will receive confirmation by email that their submission has been received. Companies with entries that are nominated will be contacted by email after the first round of judging is complete, followed by a press release announcement and coverage in the Kidscreen Daily newsletter.
If Kidscreen receives no response to repeated requests for additional information in support of an entry, it may be subject to withdrawal and the entry fee forfeited.

Best Inclusivity submissions will be assessed based on their balanced representation of BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and People of Color), LGBTQ+ and disabled characters in a positive and non-stereotypical way. Juries will also take into consideration efforts made behind the scenes to ensure the production involved the diverse voices and communities portrayed on-screen.
The company submitting an entry is responsible for notifying any co-production partners involved in the project.
In the event of a dispute by any of the partners in a co-production, the entry will be deemed ineligible.
